Cheryl Wright

Cheryl’s art is an extension of her love of nature. She is a multi-media artist currently using hard materials like ceramics, Corten steel and copper with the intention to produce works that appear soft and encourage the viewer to connect with nature, and respect and protect it. She has been exhibiting regularly since 2007. Cheryl is the owner of Art Industry; a gallery in Clevedon Village and also the curator of the Huakaiwaka Indoor Gallery for the Sculpture in the Gardens biannual exhibition at the Auckland Botanic Gardens.
